I can't go ONE DAY without bananas - if that article is true, then I think I may die.
Frightening thought isn't it? :-(
It's really interesting how only one variety of bananas is only imported from one place, and they have always been so cheap. I think of them as so everyday and inexpensive, but they are actually quite exotic.
It makes my desire to fill my yard with fruit trees that much stronger. Anything I can do to not rely on store availability and prices.
