A scrumptious sauce, I was shocked at how delicious it actually turned out!
(If you can manage to save some pomegranate sauce from the tea bread or your husband's thirsty reach.)
2 cups 100% pomegranate juice
2 Tbs low sodium soy sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and put over medium high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is reduced by half. Serve warm over chicken or fish, noodles, or vegetables.
